Who We Are, What We Are About and What We Do.

Blessed To Be a Blessing Outreach Ministries is a vision from God birthed in the heart of its founder Joseph, with a tremendous amount of prayer and help from his wife Mennie. The ministry was established in March 2004 and serves as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Our main reason for being is to minister the uncompromising Word of the Living God to the total man, (Spirit, Soul and Body). We currently have a Ministry Board of four Godly men and women who assist us in the operation of the ministry. BTBAB is presently operating in various outreaches, including nursing home ministry, assisting in various areas at our local church, providing for the poor and needy and ministry travel. BTBAB is currently operating as an outreach ministry however as the Holy Spirit directs we will extend our borders above and beyond.

We are available to share the Word of God, counsel, teach, train and equip the people of God so that we can receive all that Jesus laid His life down for us to have while we are here on the earth. BTBAB is registered to operate in both North and South Carolina but is available to all those that hunger and thirst for the things of God and to know Him in the Power of His resurrection. We would be honored to serve you as Servants of the Most High God.

MEET OUR STAFF

Greetings to you in the wonderful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ. I am Evangelist Joseph Morrison, Founder/COO of BTBAB. I am honored that God has called me to serve as the under-shepherd of this ministry. My only desire is to please the Father and to fulfill His plan and purpose for my life.

Hi, I am Mennie Morrison and I serve as the Administrator of BTBAB. I am also the wife of Evangelist Morrison and Co-Founder of the ministry. My desire is to serve along side of my husband in this work that God has called us to do.

Pastor Ron and Sue Lambright are our Senior Board Members serving on our Ministry Board Team. They have been a part of the ministry since it's conception in 2004. We are honored to have a wonderful man and woman of God to serve with us in the work God has called us to do.

Pastors Lambright are the Senior Pastors of Freedom Christian Center in Fort Mill, SC and have been in the ministry for over forty years serving in the pastorial role for many churches; they also hold the title of Bishop over the South Carolina District of Freedom Ministries. They bring a wealth of experience and support to our ministry. We praise God for allowing our paths to cross with such a precious and Godly couple.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Black are our newest Ministry Board Members joing our team in June of 2007. We are honored to have them a part of our Board. Both Brother Charles and Minister Cathy are members of Freedom Christian Center of Fort Mill, SC. Minister Cathy serves as an Associate Minister of FCC and both are on the leadership team of the church. Brother Charles serves as Usher/Deacon of FCC and has had an extensive military background. They both love God with all their heart and we look forward to God using them to help us in the work of BTBAB.

We at BTBAB Outreach Ministries offer hope to a lost and dying world through the Word of God and various outreaches. Below, is a list of ways we are extending the Love of God:

(1) The Preaching of the Gospel via:
* Local Nursing Homes
* Local Church
* Various Speaking Engagements

* Community Outreach

(2) The "We Care" Project
* Ministering to the needy and less fortunate in our community throughout the year.
* Our major area of ministry through this project is during Thanksgiving and Christmas:

(A)-Preparing and delivering Thanksgiving food boxes to needy famlies during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

(B)-Preparing and delivering food boxes as well as Christmas gifts to needy familes during the Christmas Holiday.

(3) Calling the Body of Christ together with our "Night of Prayer" Service. Our first service was held May 19th 2006 with plans to have these services annually. Our primary focus is to come together and PRAY for our cities, states, nations, etc. (II Chronicles 7:14 & 15).

OUR FUTURE GOALS:

EVANGELISTIC OUTREACH

(1) Reaching out to the community with a "Community Fun Day" to include ministry of the Word of God as well as fun and exciting things for young people and adults. Free food and items for those that attend and much more.

(2) Resource Learning Center. This will be a facility where young people as well as adults can come and have access to things such as computers, obtaining GEDs, learning computer skills through tutorials and much much more.

As you can see the Lord is using us to reach out to those that are hurting, needy and less fortunate in the community and we look forward to all that He has in store for the ministry of BTBAB. We appreciate your love and support of this great work that the Lord has established and allowed us to be under shepherds.

To demonstrate the works of God in the earth through the power of the Holy Spirit one person at a time.

To minister to the poor and needy through the Word of God and by providing various resources: food, shelter, counseling, etc.

To minister to the elderly, bringing hope and encouragement through various outreach ministries.

To minister to the youth, training and developing them in the Word of God and teaching them to practice it in everyday living to make a positive difference in our society.

To fulfill the plan and purpose of this ministry for the Glory of God,

To be abundantly blessed by God in every area of life, so that we can be an abundant blessing to the Body of Christ and the world.

OUR PURPOSE

To fulfill the plan of God by preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to a lost, dying and desperate world. To see multitudes won into the Kingdom of God

To teach, train and equip the people of God in the things of God for everyday living.

To teach the Word of God to the Body of Christ letting them know, Who they are, What they have and What they can do in and through the Power of the Holy Spirit.

To minister to the Body of Christ not only in spiritual things, but practical everyday living.

To minister to the poor, needy, homeless, orphans, widows and elderly.

Extend outside of the four walls into the highways and streets with the Love of God and His Word.

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

We Believe

The Bible to be the infallible Word of God.

2 Tim. 3:16, 1 Peter 1:20 & 21

That God is the creator of the universe. Gen. 1:1, John 1:3

That God has manifested Himself as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Matt. 3:16 & 17

That mankind is saved by Faith in the Finished Work of the Cross-by Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, died was buried and rose again from the dead that man could have eternal life. Isaiah. 43:11,
John 3:16, Eph. 2:8

That the Holy Spirit took Jesus' place here on earth, and is living inside of believers doing the work of sanctification of God's will to develop the Father's character in them. John 14:26
